Acreditamos firmemente que as taxas de aluguel e o tratamento de depósitos exigem uma reforma. Defendemos que todos os aluguéis cobrados pelos proprietários sejam de informação pública e que os depósitos dos inquilinos sejam mantidos em garantia. O RTB foi autorizado a oferecer um esquema de depósito de aluguel há 9 anos ( https://www.irishexaminer.com/news/arid-41315608.html), mas nenhuma ação foi tomada desde então.
